Good experience overall

First time buying anything from WPAmelia, and it was a pretty decent experience. I needed a specific item for a project, and their website was easy enough to navigate to find it. Checkout was smooth, no weird glitches or anything. The delivery took about 5 days, which isn't lightning fast, but it arrived in good condition. My only small gripe is that the tracking updates weren't super detailed, so I wasn't always sure where it was. But hey, it got here, and the product was exactly as described. I'd probably shop here again if I needed something similar.

Decent enough for the price

Finally got around to leaving a review for WPAmelia. I picked up a few general items from their site last month. The overall shopping experience was pretty straightforward, no real hiccups during checkout which is always a plus. Delivery took about 5 days to reach Bangalore, which isn't the fastest I've seen but also not the slowest. Everything arrived in good condition, packaging was standard, nothing fancy but did the job. My main gripe would be that one of the items wasn't exactly as vibrant in color as it looked on the website, a minor detail but noticeable. Value-wise, I'd say it's fair for what I paid. Would probably consider buying from them again if I need something specific.

Decent enough, but not always consistent

I've ordered from WPAmelia a few times now, probably four or five times over the last year. My first couple of experiences were pretty solid, everything arrived quickly and as described. That's why I kept coming back, you know? But this last order, it felt a bit different. The shipping took longer than usual, and one of the items wasn't quite what I expected based on the website picture. It wasn't bad enough to return, just... not the same level of quality as before. I mean, it's still okay for general stuff, but that consistency I liked seems to be wavering a bit. I'll probably still order again if I need something specific, but I'm not as confident as I used to be.

Good for general stuff, with a minor hiccup

I finally decided to give WPAmelia a try after seeing some ads. Needed a few general items for the house, nothing too specific. The website itself is clean and pretty easy to navigate, which I appreciate since some online stores can be a real headache. Ordering was straightforward, no weird pop-ups or anything. Delivery took about 5 days, which is decent, though I've had faster from other places. Everything arrived well-packed and in good condition. My only small issue was that one item's color was slightly different from what was shown online. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. Overall, a positive experience and I'd likely shop here again for general household needs.

Great value, especially with offers!

I'm always on the lookout for a good deal, and WPAmelia definitely delivered. I needed a few general bits and bobs, and after comparing prices elsewhere, I found their offers to be pretty competitive. What really sealed the deal for me was a discount code I found – it knocked a decent chunk off the total. Shipping wasn't instant, but it was reasonable, and everything arrived safely. Felt like I got my money's worth, which is always the main thing for me.

Decent for everyday stuff

Finally decided to give WPAmelia a try after seeing a few ads. I mostly needed something for general bits and bobs around the house, nothing too fancy. The website was pretty straightforward, easy enough to find what I was looking for. Ordering was fine, no hiccups there. Delivery took about 5 days, which isn't lightning fast but also not terrible, especially considering I'm in Delhi. Everything arrived well-packed, no damage, which is always a plus. The items themselves are exactly as described, good quality for the price. My only small gripe is that the tracking updates weren't super detailed after the first day, so I was a bit in the dark until it showed up. But hey, it got here, and I'm happy with what I got. Will probably check them out again for other things.

Good for general stuff

Needed to pick up a few general household items and stumbled upon WPAmelia. The website itself is pretty clean, easy to navigate, which is always a plus when you're just trying to get things done quickly. Ordering was straightforward, no weird pop-ups or confusing steps. My package arrived in about four days, which is decent, not super fast but not slow either. Everything was there and in good condition. My only minor gripe is that the product descriptions could be a little more detailed, sometimes I had to zoom in on the pictures to get a better idea of what I was buying. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would probably check them out again for other things.

Good enough

Needed a few general items for the house. WPAmelia had what I was looking for. Ordering was fine, pretty standard stuff. Everything got here okay, no damage. One item wasn't quite what I expected from the picture, but it's usable. Overall, decent experience.

Thinking of switching over to Amelia from Calendly for my small clinic. Mostly need reliable group appointments and better custom fields for patient info. Any real-world experiences with how it handles multiple practitioners and specific service bookings?

S SalonQueen 2 days ago ✓ Best Answer
We use Amelia Pro for our salon with 5 stylists and it's been pretty good. The multi-location support is a lifesaver, and setting up services with different durations for each stylist was straightforward. Custom fields work well for allergies/preferences.

I run a fitness studio and shifted to Amelia last year. Group classes are easy to manage, and I really like the employee panel for my trainers to see their own schedules. Integrates well with Google Calendar too.

I've heard good things but also some people mention performance issues on slower hosting. Make sure your server can handle it, especially with lots of bookings.

My Amelia Pro renewal price was higher than last year. Did anyone else notice this? I thought I had locked in a rate.

C coolboy88 1 month ago
Same here, mine went up by about 15%. I contacted support and they said it was due to an introductory discount expiring. Felt a bit bait-and-switchy.

Yeah, I moved from Bookly about 6 months ago. The UI is so much cleaner in Amelia. Took me a couple of days to migrate everything, especially the employee schedules, but totally worth it for the multi-location support.

Just renewed my Amelia Pro license and the price jumped quite a bit. Anyone else notice this or is it just me? I thought renewals were usually smoother.

S Sneha88 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I actually contacted support about it a few months ago when I renewed. They clarified that the initial discount is often for the first year only. If you had any add-ons or increased your user count, that also factors in.
6
R RaviK 3 weeks ago
Good to know! I did add a few more employees to the system. That might be it.
8
D DeepakG 3 weeks ago
Did they offer any sort of loyalty discount for renewing? Or just a firm 'this is the new price'?
4
P PriyaS 3 weeks ago
Yeah, mine went up too. I think the initial purchase was on some kind of introductory discount that doesn't apply to renewals. Kinda frustrating.
11

My Amelia setup started showing slower loading times for the booking form today. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just my server acting up?

Are you using a lot of custom fields or services? That can sometimes bog down the frontend if not optimized. Also, check your images if you have them on the booking page.

Was thinking of getting Amelia during the Republic Day sale, but missed it. Wondering if the discounts are usually better during Diwali or if I should just buy it now?

A Anjali 2 months ago
I bought it during an Independence Day offer last year and got a decent percentage off. It wasn't as deep as Black Friday, but good enough for my needs. So, maybe keep an eye out for other national holidays too.

Diwali sales are generally bigger for software like this, in my experience. I'd wait if you can. The Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are also usually quite good if you're not in a rush.
6
M Meera 2 months ago
Yeah, I've seen bigger drops around BF. Diwali is too far though.
2

Depends on which version you're looking at. Sometimes they run smaller promos for the Lite or Starter plans throughout the year. If it's Pro, maybe wait.

Looking at Pro for multi-location. Might just bite the bullet if I can't wait.

Multi-location changes things. That's a bigger investment.
